How we work

We may be a small agency, but we pack a punch. We work closely with our clients and consider ourselves an extension to their team – a cost effective, non political external resource, bringing skill sets that may not be available to them.

The recipe to our success is that we believe in building relationships, whether that’s with clients, suppliers or the press. We are also constantly adapting and changing to the needs of the market… and boy has marketing changed massively over the last 25 years!

Our knowledge and expertise is not restricted to advertising, PR or marketing, we help and advise on all aspects of business, including sales training and event organising.

The first step is an initial meeting, to get to know one another; we would LISTEN and ask you questions, so we can understand where you have come from, where you are now and where you want to get to.

If we feel we can make a meaningful contribution, we would move to the next stage and produce an outline marketing plan, identifying achievable marketing objectives and a draft plan of action with costs. Following discussions and agreement, we would be retained to implement the agreed program.

We never forget that you are the client and have the most knowledge about your products, but with our expertise in marketing and PR and our knowledge of the industry, we make a great team.
